The client who approached us was the panel of healthcare workers, doctors, and physicians who wanted us to assist them in developing a high-quality and dignified application by which the doctors can check the details of the patient on their go or from their home as well. Knowing how hectic the doctors have their schedules, the team adhered to the process with the development of this app, and this was indeed having a lot of challenges, but as they say, if there is no challenge, then how come the result of the work can be monitored?
Drawback/ Challenges
Developing the doctor to you app in itself was a challenge for us and our entire team. It was because we had to change the ideology of the people from changing their age-old traditional method to switching to ultra-modern technology.
Mentioned below are some of the challenges that were faced by our team, but as they say, all’s well that ends well.

• Creating a user face or channel that has multifold and multiple interfaces that are from booking an online appointment with the doctor to its medical history all in one single platform.
• Offering an open window to the patient so that they can book the appointment with the doctor as per their time availability, but this is only possible with the time-slot management window option available.
• Keeping an updated track report from the panel of doctors, checking on the list of prescribed medicines, consultation details, and complete medical history.
• Doctors and other medical staff can check their list of appointments, create their own time slot as per their schedule, check with the medical history of the patient, upload the prescription along with the final reports, and further course of action.

These were some of the challenges that were faced by the team at Altezatel. But these challenges never made us feel that we could not develop the app; rather, with the double force, we were able to provide the solution that was very easy and simpler to be accessed by both parties, i.e., the doctor and the patient.
